📦 Shipping & Delivery

Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 24–48 working hours, Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).

• Customized and bulk institutional orders may require additional processing time based on complexity and quantity. This will be communicated during order confirmation.

Delivery Timeline

• Standard delivery takes 3 to 7 business days for most locations.

• Remote or Out of Delivery Area (ODA) pin codes may take up to 10 business days.

Shipping Origin & Logistics

• All orders are shipped from our central facility in Delhi NCR.

• We work with leading logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your printed materials.

Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping is available on bulk and institutional orders.

• Shipping costs for smaller or urgent deliveries will be clearly communicated at checkout or via quotation.

🛑 Order Cancellation

We understand that changes may occur, especially with customized printing.

To cancel your order:

• Email us immediately at 📧 support@satyamprint.com

• Orders can be cancelled only before printing or dispatch begins.

• Custom print orders cannot be cancelled once production is underway.

Refunds for Prepaid Orders

• If eligible, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of cancellation approval.

🔁 Returns & Replacements

Due to the personalized nature of printing services, returns are generally not accepted. However, we will gladly address any issues if:

• The printed material has manufacturing defects

• You receive incorrect, incomplete, or damaged items

• There is a printing error caused by our team (e.g., layout, formatting, or content discrepancy based on provided files)

To request a correction or replacement:

1. Email us at 📧 support@satyamprint.com within 48 hours of delivery

2. Include your order ID and clear photos or videos of the issue

3. Upon verification, we will initiate a reprint or full resolution at no extra cost

⚠️ Important Return Guidelines

• Only unused, unopened, and undamaged products are eligible for return (if applicable).

• Custom-printed materials are non-returnable unless proven defective.

• Complaints must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.

• Approved refunds or reprints are processed within 5–7 business days.

🕒 Dispatch & Delivery Schedule

• Dispatch and deliveries occur from Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

• No dispatches on Sundays or public holidays

• We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect address details or force majeure events
