At Satyam Print, we value transparency and reliability in every transaction. While we strive to ensure every order meets your exact requirements, we understand that there may be rare occasions where changes or refunds are needed. Please read our cancellation and refund guidelines below.

🔄 Order Cancellation

When can I cancel my order?

• Orders can only be cancelled before printing or dispatch has begun.

• If your order involves customized or bulk printing, cancellation is not possible once the job enters production.

How to request a cancellation:

• Email us at 📧 support@satyamprint.com with your Order ID and reason for cancellation.

• We will confirm the cancellation status via email after reviewing your request.

Prepaid Orders:

• If your order qualifies for cancellation and was prepaid, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

💰 Refund Policy

Due to the customized nature of printing, refunds are only provided in the following cases:

• You received a damaged or defective product.

• The product has printing errors caused by our team, not due to incorrect files or content provided by the customer.

• You received an incorrect item or incomplete quantity.

To request a refund:

1. Email us at 📧 support@satyamprint.com within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Share your Order ID and attach clear images or videos highlighting the issue.

3. Our team will verify and assess the claim.

Approved Refunds:

• Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

🚫 Non-Refundable Scenarios

Please note, refunds or cancellations will not be issued in the following cases:

• Orders canceled after production has started.

• Errors in design, content, or formatting submitted by the customer.

• Minor color variations or print differences within acceptable industry standards.

• Delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Depending on the issue, we may offer:

• Free reprinting of the defective material

• Partial refund, if applicable

• Full refund in rare and validated cases
